At Upmind, I joined as the first designer and inherited a complex, already-live SaaS product that had grown without structured design leadership.
The app handled complex billing and provisioning flows but lacked consistency, hierarchy, and user empathy. Most of my time was spent identifying pain points in existing journeys, simplifying the interface, and pushing for better UX standards without disrupting active users.
