At Upmind, I joined as the first designer and inherited a complex, already-live SaaS product that had grown without structured design leadership.

With no design system or consistent visual language in place, many parts of the interface were functional but lacked clarity, coherence, and scalability. This made it a uniquely challenging but rewarding role — requiring equal parts auditing, influencing, and rethinking.
