When I joined RevLifter, the product had strong technology and proven value for retailers, but its user experience hadn’t caught up with its ambition. The interface was dense, inconsistent, and relied heavily on developer interpretation. My role was to bring structure and empathy to a product built by engineers — transforming it into something intuitive, scalable, and commercially persuasive.
