When I joined Hosting.com, the goal was bold — design a unified customer panel that could replace multiple legacy systems and onboard over 150,000 users without disruption. From day one, I worked closely with engineers, PMs, and leadership to define a vision that simplified complexity. The challenge wasn’t only visual — it was structural. We needed to translate a decade of fragmented workflows into one coherent product that felt effortless to navigate.
