Built a scalable and consistent design system to avoid fragmented, outdated interfaces, while also bringing the visual clarity and cohesion seen in stronger industry examples. This ensured cohesive branding, faster design iteration, and long-term scalability for new services and localisation.
Simplified and structured to reduce cognitive load and improve discoverability, tackling issues of cluttered or hidden menus seen elsewhere. At the same time, we incorporated the streamlined flows that users respond well to, while adding flexibility for advanced configurations.
Created a guided, step-by-step onboarding experience that balanced ease for first-time hosting customers with efficiency for advanced users. This built on the clarity found in better onboarding examples, while avoiding common pitfalls such as over-emphasis on upsells.
