Kupp set out to change that — a simple, mobile-first app that connects all three groups, streamlines how they work, and builds a stronger sense of community within the trade.

I led the project from early concept through to prototype, defining both the brand and product experience. I designed the role-based onboarding flow, created UI and interaction patterns for each user type, and developed a unified visual system for the app. The design focuses on simplicity, legibility, and a sense of calm usability that reflects the craft-driven world it serves.

With 14% of UK workers freelancing, Kupp gives baristas a faster, more reliable way to find flexible work.
